Brittany is one of the popular breeds among Dogs; it is majorly preferred by farmers. The characteristic of a Brittany is athletic, compact, solidly, light in weight, long legs, intelligent, vigour, and alertness. Usually Brittany have long tails but some have small tail, they are exceptions in the family. The tail can vary from 3 to 10 centimeters in length. The coat color of a Brittany is too variable however, orange with white is mostly preferred among American. Other preferred colors are silver and white, orange and silver etc. Black is not preferred in among Americans. In Brittany the height also varies as humans it range from 17.5 to 20.5 inches and obviously female are smaller in height, same is the case of weight it range from 36 to 43 lbs which depends upon height of the Brittany.Brittany can be divided into two categories i.e. American Brittany and French Brittany. Alay man will hardly find any difference except the height. The major difference between the two is their works type. The American Brittany guards wide lands so they are faster than French Brittany. French Brittany usually cover small lands rather they work is a local terrain. Brittany is also called as family dog, sports dog or Working dog, as it can run faster.
