This special friend is full of advantages and potentials. This pet is smart, protective ,socialized ,friendly and obedient. But, do all these come natural for a dog ? Of course not!Some of this behaviors have to be taught and this is where you get in to the picture. Your greatest responsibility is to help your dog behave itself and feel happy! And the only way to achieve that is by training your dog. It makes no difference to training, if you have a large or a tiny dog. Size does not matter! You can train your dog to enter it's cage and stay still. You can teach it to behave and not bite as well. You can show your dog how to guard you and the rest of your family. As you can see, there is an amount of rules a dog needs to learn, so as to develop a good behavior. That should not make you panic, because all it takes from you is patience and love!
Can you imagine an intolerant owner that can not stand training his dog ? Can you imagine a dog left untrained ? There will be a lot of digging holes in the backyard , jumping on strangers and biting people. In addition, you might see your pet chewing your shoes , eliminating inside the house, barking all day and night , and jumping on your furnitures. A total nuisance to you and your neighbours! All these could drive you mad and make you lose control! That could destroy your relationship with your dog and make your pet feel unwanted. This is the time ,when many owners take the wrong decision to give their dog away.
You can avoid all these, if you get the right guidness and information. It may take 1-2 months of intensive training, as every dog learns at its own pace . All it takes, is a step-by-step training! When your dog completes a task, reward it with treats and hugs! By training your dog you also show the dog how much you care. The relationship you will achieve by training your dog is priceless. It is most important that you communicate with your dog! That connection is vital for your goal and will help results come sooner!
