For small dogs like Chihiahaus it is better too. Think about snow in the winter, the snow is taller than the dog and he literally would get lost. And if you have no time to go out with the dog he can make his business into the litter box without coming in trouble with the snow.

Dogs are a fantastic edition to any family but like all youngsters and even older dogs they need training, especially litter training a dog is important as I mentioned. If you do not train your dog now it will take a serious amount of help (and money) from a training school to get him to be obedient. Home training is a possible thing in this way. Later on dogs just like babies learn mostly in their early years. So litter training dog has to start now when you want to see results.
